We work closely with your staff throughout installation, customization and implementation, providing assistance, guidance, and hands-on training and support, so your staff is thoroughly prepared to assume full system ownership at the end of the project. A variety of classes and self-help training materials are also available to give your technical staff more in-depth product training.
Telephone support is provided Monday through Friday 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM central time (excluding holidays). We are available to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and assist you with the installation of product upgrades and new releases. On site assistance can be scheduled and provided on a Time and Materials basis as needed. Our support program also gives you upgrade rights to EvolutionSCADA software applications developed at other EvolutionSCADA customer sites and through our R&D program.
